PM-MT20 Manual Empanada Roller
The perfect turnover machine for small restaurants, caterers,
cafes, and bakeries. Great for any type of pastry or noodle
product that will be baked, fried, boiled, or frozen. Dough
can be filled with savory or sweet fillings, meat, or vegetables.
Stainless Steel, flex-resistant shafts handle the toughest
doughs; with strong, all metal, super shock resistant frames.
Grippers hold MT-20 firmly on work table or counter top. All
stainless steel and food grade aluminum; USDA approved.
Folds, crimps, seals and trims in one easy operation. Interchangeable
moulds available for a variety of turnover pie shapes and

Empanada / Turnover Moulds
Twenty six (26) different mould sizes to accommodate
almost any turnover need; can be easily adapted to make at
least 75 variations. Directly transferable without modification
to the SA-21 Semi-Automatic, the MT-20 manual, or
the Electric model MT-20E. |
